Overview

The ITS Department provides services for faculty, staff, and students in the following areas:

  • Network and telephone services
  • Computer application support
  • Technical support for computer workstations
  • Class Room AV/Multimedia support
  • Instructional technology and digital media support
  • Fully staffed Help Desk services during class hours​

Wi-Fi access: Access to the campus Wi-Fi is available in the Adena Hall parking lot on the Newark campus. Connect to eduroam and enter your COTC student credentials to log in.
