All academic certificates and degrees at COTC have a plan of study that outline what courses need to be taken. Plans of study are reviewed annually and are updated as needed to remain current and in line with industry standards, the job market and regulatory/accreditation requirements. 

You will follow the plan of study for the academic year in which you enroll (regardless of the academic year you apply). If you are unsure about what plan of study you are on, contact the Gateway Enrollment Center. 

If you wish to use financial aid, you must be seeking a certificate or degree and be enrolled in a plan of study. Not all certificate plans of study are eligible for financial aid. However, there may be grant funding available to help and/or cover the cost of tuition for some certificates.
