Speaker proposal submissions now open for Intercultural Relations Conference
The Community Intercultural Relations Conference (CIRC) committee is now accepting proposals for the 16th annual conference on Friday, April 11, 2025. CIRC is introducing concurrent breakout sessions at the conference and inviting proposals for breakout session presentations and workshops.

Clarissa Ann Howard estate donation supports nursing program
Clarissa Ann Howard, 2020 Howard, a lifetime Newark resident, passed early this year at the age of 94. She had a long-standing legacy with COTC. When COTC was chartered in 1971, she played a key role in the development of COTC’s nursing program.

Two Faculty Retire, Rewarded Faculty Emeritus Status
Professor Scott E. Wilson worked at COTC for 44 years, teaching both English and communication courses during that time. Professor Sandra Siegrist, a mathematics faculty member, has been with the college for 38 years, for a combined 82 years of service.
