Digital Media Design Technology
Design your future with a Digital Media Design Technology degree at COTC
The Digital Media Design curriculum at COTC is a broad and intensive exploration of the process and the business of digital design. Students can expect to study the principles of design, color theory, social media and typography. Students will also take courses in specific digital software tools. Skills taught include critical thinking, design approaches, the underlying theories of digital media, and a variety of digital media production techniques.

Request an official high school transcript with an unweighted GPA be submitted to COTC one of the following ways:
- Emailed directly from high school personnel to cotcrecords@mail.cotc.edu.
- Mailed to COTC, The Gateway – Student Records, 1179 University Drive, Newark, OH 43055.
Policy changes have been made by the State of Ohio due to COVID-19. New students for the 20-21/21-22 school year are eligible to participate in CCP if they have a high school (unweighted) GPA of 3.0 or higher.
COTC is providing placement testing for students on a limited basis for eligibility and admission consideration to CCP. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we prefer to test students remotely; however, some on-campus testing is available if needed. Continuing CCP Student
Students who want to continue participating in CCP need to request an updated official high school transcript with an unweighted GPA be sent to COTC one of the following ways:
