This event is for students only. 

Mental Health Therapist from Counseling Services, Megan Hughett, MSW, LISW-S, will be offering grab-and-go items to manage your stress. You can also chat with Megan about Counseling Services and what their department offers students.

Relaxation Stations will be offered throughout the autumn semester, so be on the lookout for the next one.

REACH Gatekeeper training (suicide prevention)

Open to faculty, staff and students

Location: Warner Center Performance Platform

REACH Gatekeeper training is open to any staff, faculty or students who wish to learn more about suicide prevention. Learn how to recognize signs of distress in others and how to connect with someone who needs help.

REACH is a free, 90-minute training session. Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion and other giveaways.
