Our application for admission is free! Regular admission to the college is open to all who have earned a high school diploma, completed homeschooling at the secondary level, or passed the General Education Development (GED) test. Applications are due 10 days prior to the start of the term or semester in which you plan to enroll.

- Spring semester: Jan. 6, 2025
- Summer semester: May 19, 2025
Some healthcare programs are competitive and have selective admissions. There are enrollment requirements in addition to the COTC admission application. Review the program information online, attend an information meeting and talk to an admissions representative to learn more.

Blue Line Superhero Run
5K, 10K and 1-Mile Family Fun Run
The Blue Line Superhero Run, a collaboration between COTC and the Licking County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), honors law enforcement personnel as they begin National Police Week. Proceeds from the Blue Line Superhero Run will benefit COTC’s Officer Thomas W. Cottrell Jr. Award for Character and Dedication to Public Service and the LCSO’s Stuff the Backpack fund.
