Admissions Steps
If you are a new student and have never attended COTC, your first step is to become a COTC student. Visit our Steps to Enroll webpage, and complete those steps.
If you are a returning student who has not taken classes at COTC for a year or more, you’ll need to reapply and follow the same Steps to Enroll as a new student.
If you are a current student who has been taking classes at COTC, then you may be ready to begin steps to applying to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Communicate with your academic advisor with questions you have regarding this information. If you do not have an assigned academic advisor email cotcadvising@mail.cotc.edu to be connected with one.

As a reminder, the application to COTC is not an application to the program. Once you have completed the requirements to apply to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, you can request the application from your academic advisor. These applications are available approximately one month prior to the deadline to apply.
