Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)
The Federal Direct Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) Parents may borrow funds to cover educational costs for dependent students. Borrowers must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens. Students must be enrolled at least half time and maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress for financial aid eligibility. Parents can begin repayment when the loan is fully disbursed, with the first payment generally due within 60 days, or they can choose to begin repayment six months after the student is no longer enrolled at least half time or graduates.
Rhoda S. Warnock
Rhoda Warnock is the CEO/CFO of Coshocton Grain Company. She began her career as a computer specialist at CGC following her graduation from Central Ohio Technical College in 1984.
Rhoda currently serves as vice president of the Montgomery Foundation, Director of Our Town Coshocton, and Director for the Ohio Agribusiness Association.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Federal Regulations require Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) to establish policies to monitor the academic progress of students who apply for and/or receive financial aid.

5K, 10K and 1-Mile Family Fun Run
The Blue Line Superhero Run, a collaboration between COTC and the Licking County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), honors law enforcement personnel as they begin National Police Week. Proceeds from the Blue Line Superhero Run will benefit COTC’s Officer Thomas W. Cottrell Jr. Award for Character and Dedication to Public Service and the LCSO’s Stuff the Backpack fund.
