Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) students, faculty and staff as well as our community partners and friends of the college have proven their resilience in the face of change and uncertainty these last few weeks. We’ve witnessed small acts of kindness turn into large movements as individuals have stepped up to care for others in their time of need. For those that are looking for ways to give back from the safety of their home, COTC welcomes donations to support the availability of emergency grants for students.

The Ohio State University at Newark and Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) today announced that they will rename Founders Hall on their shared campus as Louella Hodges Reese Hall in grateful acknowledgment of Lou Reese’s exceptional and enduring support of the Newark campus and higher education.

Coshocton Campus Visit Day April 29
Earn a career-ready associate degree or certificate at COTC’s Coshocton campus
High school students and adult learners can register for an upcoming visit day to tour Central Ohio Technical College’s (COTC) Coshocton campus, see equipment and labs, engage with faculty and staff, and learn about the certificates and degrees now offered in full at the campus. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is holding a town hall meeting at each of its extended campuses: Pataskala campus on Feb. 8, Knox campus on Feb. 22 and Coshocton campus on March 8 from 3–4:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
COTC Student Awarded Intel Scholarship and Tour of Arizona Facility
Alexis McPeck received the Intel Scholarship for Women in Technology, awarded to only 25 women in Ohio who enroll in an associate degree or one-year certificate program in semiconductor manufacturing.
Food Vendors Wanted for Concert, Fireworks at Newark Campus
Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) and The Ohio State University at Newark, with support from the J. Gilbert Reese Family Foundation, celebrate Independence Day with a concert and fireworks on July 3 at the shared Newark campus. The institutions are seeking food vendors to serve spectators at the event, which is expected to draw more than 20,000 people.
