Overview

An Associate of Science provides a well-rounded education covering general education and interdisciplinary courses. After completing your degree, you will have a guaranteed transfer path to Ohio’s public universities and some private institutions.

With a concentration in business, you will also take several business or business-related courses, including:

  • microeconomics and macroeconomics
  • management and organizational behavior
  • accounting
  • marketing and communications

Transfer Options

COTC’s Associate of Science is designed to allow graduates to move seamlessly to bachelor’s degree programs at all state-supported colleges and universities in the state of Ohio, as well as at many private institutions. In fact, every course on the AS plan of study is fully transferable to any school that accepts the Ohio Transfer Module or Transfer Assurance Guides.
