The Medallions, awarded by the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR), recognize outstanding achievement in design and communication at community and technical colleges in each of NCMPR’s seven districts. COTC was awarded the silver Medallion in NCMPR’s District 3, which includes community and technical colleges in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Ontario. COTC’s website was designed in collaboration with Digital Deployment, a web development and design firm specializing in higher education based in Sacramento, California.

NCMPR is the only organization of its kind that exclusively represents marketing and public relations professionals at community and technical colleges. As one of the fastest-growing affiliates of the American Association of Community Colleges, NCMPR has more than 1,500 members from nearly 550 colleges across the United States and Canada.

COTC is a fully accredited, public college dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible programs of technical education in response to current and emerging employment needs. COTC has four campus locations: Newark, Coshocton, Knox and Pataskala.
