Miscellaneous Forms
When changes are needed related to paying for college, documentation is almost always required. Documentation or forms are needed to ensure proper/regulatory record-keeping.
COTC Alumni Scholarship
Supported by COTC alumni, this scholarship is awarded to new or continuing students.
Earn credit for what you know
Everyone’s COTC journey starts differently. Whether you’re coming to us straight out of high school or with some years in the workforce under your belt, we want to meet you where you are — which is why we offer college credit based on your professional experience.
If you have an industry-recognized credential, professional licensure, significant work experience, and/or completed an approved exam in a designated subject area, you may be eligible for college credit without taking a college course.
J. Gilbert Reese Next Generation Community Leadership Award
The award is presented annually to one COTC student and one Ohio State Newark student annually in November. Each recipient receives a framed certificate, and a $2,000 scholarship is applied to their tuition for the following spring semester.
