Dia De Los Muertos Art Tour
The Sofia Quintero Art and Cultural Center is a non-profit Latino art organization working to promote and share Latino culture in the Toledo, Ohio area. Every year they host a large Dia De Los Muertos celebration that is steeped in culture, heritage, and tradition. The Student Engagement Team (SET) seeks to bring the rich history and celebratory traditions from this holiday into a virtual setting where education about this celebration can occur. This will be a presentation given by the Executive Director for the Sofia Quintero Art and Cultural Center, Taylor Burciaga.

Student & Alumni Career Fair
The Office of Career Development is hosting a Career Fair Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Adena Gymnasium. The Career Fair is open to students and alumni of Ohio State Newark and Central Ohio Technical College. Do not miss this chance to connect with employers from the region representing a variety of industries.
Professional dress is encouraged. First-year students are welcome to attend. A listing of participating employers will be available soon. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Management Certificate
If you have interest in business management, the Management Certificate at COTC is a great place to begin. The Management Certificate includes coursework focusing on a variety of areas including business law and financial practices in business. Students will also gain experience and learn technologies commonly used in business.
Semiconductor Manufacturing
Short-Term Certificate
The semiconductor manufacturing certificate introduces you to how semiconductor wafers are manufactured and processed to become an integrated circuit used in a variety of industries.
Associate of Arts
The Associate of Arts (AA) offers students the opportunity to complete the first two years of a bachelor’s degree affordably and transition to any public college or university in Ohio.
