This scholarship was established by the Board of Trustees of the Newark Campus Development Fund, with gifts from Park National Bank and its associates to honor William T. and Jane Cook McConnell. 

What are the requirements to be considered for this scholarship?

  • Academic Performance: Students must earn a minimum 2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Financial Need: A student’s financial need is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). 
  • Geographic Location and/or High School: Students must live in one of the counties where Park National Bank is located. 

How can a student be considered for this scholarship?

The scholarship application is released in January and due in March each year.
