Scholarship and Student Leadership Dinner

The Annual Scholarship and Student Leadership Dinner brings together donors, scholarship recipients and campus leadership to celebrate the significance of COTC and Ohio State Newark’s scholarship program. Donors get the opportunity to meet the students who are benefitting from their scholarship, and scholarship recipients get to meet the generous donors who have invested in their education. The event also serves as a venue to announce the annual student leadership awards.

Despite COTC’s affordable tuition, many students still cannot afford to attend college without scholarship assistance. Working students often fall through the cracks when it comes to federal and state financial aid. Private scholarships provided by our generous donors can really make the difference for these students.

An advantage for donors is that their philanthropy goes a lot further at COTC because of our low tuition. Many of our donors like the fact that their gifts can impact more students.
