As a part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of faculty, staff, students and visitors, COTC became 100% tobacco free effective August 1, 2013, with the goals of reducing tobacco use, reducing health risks for non-smokers, cleaning up and protecting the campus environment, and becoming a healthier college.
