The Ohio State University at Newark and Central Ohio Technical College will host a Career Fair Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. within the Adena Gymnasium. The Career Fair is devoted to connecting area employers with well-qualified candidates at a single event. Ohio State Newark and Central Ohio Technical College are two separate institutions co-located in Newark, Ohio. Students from both institutions will attend the Career Fair to seek employment and internship opportunities.
The students and alumni from our institutions have broad-based and technically-focused academic foundations. This provides a great occasion for employers to meet well-prepared students from many disciplines. Information concerning our programs of study can be viewed at www.newark.osu.edu and www.cotc.edu.
The Career Fair is open to employers recruiting for existing or anticipated positions within their own organization. You may wish to coordinate your exhibit with other departments in your organization interested in attending. Registration is free for this event and a light lunch will be provided.
To register, please click here and complete the registration form by Friday, February 14, 2014. Space is limited and tables will be assigned as registrations are received.
Each exhibitor will be provided with an eight-foot table and chairs. Be sure to specify if your exhibit requires electricity as there are a limited number of electricity-accessible spaces. Please let us know if we can assist with other logistical needs. We hope that you can join us.
