Mission Statements

The College: The mission of COTC is to meet the technical education and training needs of the students and employers in the area.

Electronic Engineering Technology: The mission of the Electric Technology Program at COTC  is to produce technically trained personnel who understand the electronic aspects of  communication, computer, computer network, and automated systems. These technicians will play a key role in many aspects of today’s highly technical environment.

Electromechanical Engineering Technology: The mission of the Electromechanical Engineering Technology Program at COTC is to produce technically trained personnel who understand both the mechanical and electrical aspects of automated systems.
