Justin Hinderer is a central Ohio business executive with more than 30 years of experience in organizational leadership, financial oversight and workforce development. He serves as president and owner of multiple automotive franchises and as chief operating officer of the John Hinderer Honda companies, providing strategic and governance oversight across several business units. His professional background includes long-range planning, capital stewardship, leadership development and operational accountability. Mr. Hinderer is actively engaged in community service, serving as president of the Rotary Club of Washington Court House and as an elder at Spring Hills Baptist Church. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Pre-Law from Ohio Northern University, graduating magna cum laude, and is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy in Tysons, Virginia. He resides in Granville with his wife of over 21 years, Jennifer, and their four children.
