Federal Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant is a need-based grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education to help eligible undergraduate students pay for educational expenses. Unlike a loan, a Pell Grant does not have to be repaid unless a student withdraws from school and owes a return of funds or is otherwise determined to be ineligible.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant
The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG) is a federal grant awarded to undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional financial need. Unlike a loan, FSEOG funds do not have to be repaid unless a student withdraws from school and owes a return of funds or is otherwise determined to be ineligible.
Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant (IASG)
The Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grant (IASG) is a federal grant available to students who are not eligible for a Federal Pell Grant solely because they do not meet the Pell Grant’s Student Aid Index eligibility requirements, but who meet all other Federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria.
