Graduation Application
All students must submit a graduation application along with a program evaluation before graduation.
Graduation Application Due Dates

If you would like to check the status of your graduation application(s), please contact the student records office at cotcrecords@mail.cotc.edu.
*If you have not submitted your graduation application(s) and you intend to complete a degree and/or certificate at the end of this semester, you need to submit your application(s) right away. Autumn 2026 graduation applications will not be accepted after Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026.
