The Associate of Applied Business (AAB) in Business Management Technology at COTC is a fully accredited online program and requires students to take a variety of courses in the areas of human resources, marketing, management and entrepreneurship to prepare for today’s business world.

License/Credentialing Eligibility

The human resource courses in the business program align with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification. Students can test and obtain SHRM certification if they choose, in addition to earning the human resource management certificate from COTC.

The Office Administration Certificate aligns with the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) – Certified Administrative Professional Certificate.

The Management Certificate aligns with the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) – Certified Manager Certificate.
