Important Information:

1. Course registration may be restricted based upon the following:

* In order to enroll in any English, Mathematics or Science course, you must have obtained a 3.0 cumulative GPA in the related subject on your high school transcript.

* The total number of credits in which you are eligible to enroll is restricted based upon the total number of credits you are earning at the high school. Students will need to request the Carnegie Units Form from your high school counselor and submit it to COTC High School Options.

* Non-public school students will be restricted in the number of credits based upon the approval from the Ohio Department of Education.

2. Textbooks are provided to students at no cost. Students are issued a book voucher at before the start of every semester.  The book voucher will cover the cost of required textbooks and workbooks. It does not cover course supplies, such as calculators, pencils, paper, etc. At the end of the semester, students are required to return their textbooks to the COTC Bookstore.

3. All participating students are assigned to a Gateway Advisor and will be required to schedule classes with an advisor.  Online registration is blocked.  Students can meet with an advisor one-on-one to register or email their schedule request to their advisor for review and approval.
