Hit the Road with the Buckeyes 2010

 

ü      Recruit Your Team and Register. Registration is right around the corner, so start recruiting up to four of your coworkers now! Go to www.hr.osu.edu/HitTheRoad to register your team between Sept. 1 and Sept. 17.

 

ü      Schedule Your Screening and Complete Your PHA. A participant must complete the 2010 Personal Health Assessment (PHA) questionnaire for Hit the Road prize eligibility. To schedule a biometric health screening (to obtain values needed for the PHA), go to www.YourPlanForHealth.com. Once you have your numbers, don’t forget to log back in to submit your PHA.

 

 Don’t wait to schedule your screening! Last year, some participants    had difficulty finding an available screening time. Schedule your screening NOW to beat the rush!
