On Sept. 17, 1787, 39 brave men signed the U.S. Constitution. In commemoration each year, schools across the nation celebrate on Sept. 17. The Office of Student Life will have a display table with patriotic giveaways available in the Warner Center lobby and at each of COTC’s extended campuses to celebrate this important event.
