About the Profession About the Program Future Students Current Students Faculty Advisory Committee Alumni News Links	Early Childhood Development Technology - Advisory Committee The Early Childhood Development Advisory Committee serves to provide guidance, information and input as to employer’s needs related to program practices. Each member is actively involved as an early childhood teacher or administrator, advocate for young children, is in a related field of study or campus representative. Members are recommended and submit a vita then approved by the ECD Program Director and Dean of Faculty. The President of Central Ohio Technical College charges the committee. Advisory Committee activities include but not limited to the following: Review program goals and assessment outcomes for relevance and make recommendations. Review enrollment, graduation and placement data and make recommendations to enhance related activities. Review plans of study and make recommendations. Review current trends in the ECD field, share information and make recommendations.
