Walk-ins
If you have a question or concern that will take 15 minutes or less, please feel free to stop by during our walk-in hours. Walk-ins are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are only with the academic advisor on duty that day (you are not guaranteed to meet with your assigned advisor). If you have a concern that requires your specific advisor's attention, please make an appointment with that advisor or plan to come in on your advisor's scheduled walk-in day:

The best way to guarantee a committed time with your academic advisor and to receive the best service is to schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor. Appointments are an hour in length and allow you time to take care of all of your academic needs (preliminary transfer credit evaluation, scheduling classes, discussing academic issues, etc.). Please be on time for your appointment and please come prepared. Bring any unofficial or official transcripts, placement test results, and/or plans of study with you to your appointment. It is a good idea to keep any documents that might help your advisor and you keep track of your educational journey in a folder and bring that folder with you everytime you meet with your advisor. This will minimize your trips to the college and maximize the value you will get from your time with your advisor.
