Statement of Purpose |

|
The purpose of the Electronic
Engineering Technology program is to produce technically trained
personnel who understand the electronic aspects of communication,
computer, computer network, and automated systems. These technicians
will play a key role in many aspects of today’s highly technical
environment. |

Learning Outcomes |
|
|
|
At the completion of
the Electronic Engineering Technology plan of study the student will
be able to: |

Analyze basic DC,
AC, analog and digital circuits at the component level. |
|
2. |
Use, maintain, and
troubleshoot communication systems including wireless and hard wired
systems. |
|
3. |
Use, setup, and
maintain personal computers and computer network systems. |
|
4. |
Communicate orally
and in writing with colleagues and customers. |
|
5. |
Solve and critically
analyze problems individually and collaboratively. |
|
6. |
Demonstrate
responsibility and professionalism and develop lifelong learning
skills. |
