COTC Gateway Admissions
Enrolling is as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Complete an application for admission.  An application is available through the Gateway office by calling (740) 366-9222.  Return it with a one-time application fee of $20.00 to our Gateway office in Hopewell Hall Mall, 1179 University Drive, Newark, OH 43055. Click here to fill out our online application.

2. Submit an official high school transcript or copy of your GED to our Gateway office.  Transcript request forms are available through our Gateway office by calling (740) 366-9422.

3. Complete placement testing and meet with an academic advisor.  To schedule testing and to make an appointment with an academic advisor, contact our Gateway office at (740) 366-9422.

In most technologies, a student may attend COTC one quarter before all admission requirements must be completed. 

Several technologies at COTC have additional admission requirements that must be met before an applicant can be admitted to that technology. 

NOTE:  Admission to all health programs is limited.  Health applicants must complete all admission requirements and turn in a "Health Application Form" before the published deadline date to be considered for admission.
