One-story, 2,000 SF building that was originally a single-family dwelling. It now housed offices, biology and anthropology research labs and is the home of the Center for Native American Studies.

The North Classroom Building houses the classrooms and lab space for COTC’s Education Technology degree program, as well as the Media Resource Room for students in education. Other classes for COTC and Ohio State Newark may be held in this recently remodeled facility in the future.
48,000 SF gymnasium and classroom building. Facilities include the main gym, weight room, lobby areas, shower and locker facilities. The central maintenance shop is also located in Adena.
Serves as main administrative center for campus operations (OSUN Dean and COTC President’s offices, Business and Finance, OSUN Admissions and Advising, COTC Academics, ITS Department, Purchasing Department, TEL Center, Campus Services Center, Payroll and Accounting). The building also has classrooms, labs, faculty offices, a 100-seat lecture hall and a 350-seat auditorium.
Total area of 84,000 SF. It houses a number of classrooms, science labs, COTC Allied Health labs, Student Services (Financial Aid, Fees & Deposits, COTC Gateway), faculty offices, COTC Academic Dean’s offices, a large meeting room, the OSU Education Curriculum Center, The Testing Center, and COTC Forensics Lab.
53,000 SF classroom, engineering and arts building. The facility also houses The Black Box Theater and a two-story gallery/exhibit space.
This 72,000 SF building houses the campus’ conference center (including the Melissa Warner Bow Grand Hall), a 580-seat performing arts auditorium (Alford Performing Arts Hall), classrooms, The Cyber-Café, computer lab and (2) 60-seat lecture halls. The Facilities Planning & Operations offices and Workforce Development offices are also located in Reese.
The newest building on campus, it is 84,000 SF and houses the campus library and main food-service operations. It serves as the campus Student Center with lounges, game room, dining, meeting spaces, Student Life offices, student organization spaces (including Student Government), tutoring labs, the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, and the offices of campus Public Safety.
