NEWARK, Ohio, November 7, 2016 — The Institute for Public Services and Safety at Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is holding a career expo for high school students on Nov. 15 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at COTC's Pataskala campus, 8660 E. Broad St., Reynoldsburg.
Students will get an overview of the seven programs that are in the Institute for Public Service and Safety, current trends in each professional field, and educational requirements for degree and certificate achievement at COTC. Program faculty will be available to meet students and answer questions. COTC's Institute for Public Services and Safety include:

- Early Childhood Development
- Emergency Medical Services
- Fire Science Technology
- Forensics Science Technology
- Human Services
- Law Enforcement Technology
