This year the conference will focus on the policies and procedures of organizations for inclusivity content that embraces diversity and diverse groups. As organizations continually seek a more diverse workforce, it is imperative that clearly defined goals and expectations are established for all employees, customers and community members. In order to retain quality employees; businesses, educational institutions and community agencies must establish a welcoming workplace that provides comprehensive support. Organizations must mandate review and assessment of policies and procedures to continuously set the tone for respecting and embracing the values, traditions and heritages of all groups of people.
