​"Basics of Cooking BootCamp"

A 4-day workshop for culinary enthusiasts, home-cooks and entry-level food service professionals.

Includes hands-on learning of culinary skills and fundamentals including: knife skills, presenting, garnishing; and preparing stocks, sauces, soups and eggs.​

Cost: $348, includes all supplies, a knife set and "take what you make" food
