COTC Wins Bronze National Marketing Award

NEWARK, Ohio, April 14, 2017 – The National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) honored Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) with a Bronze Paragon award during the recent NCMPR national conference in Charleston, South Carolina. COTC won its award in the brochure category.

The brochure was designed by Leslie Lenzo McLaughlin, senior graphic designer in the Marketing & Public Relations office at COTC. "When your work is honored by an organization like this, it is humbling," said Lenzo McLaughlin.  She worked with Assistant Director of Marketing and Public Relations René White to produce the recruitment brochure for COTC.

NCMPR's prestigious Paragon Awards recognize outstanding achievement in communications at community and technical colleges. It's the only national competition of its kind that honors excellence exclusively among marketing and PR professionals at two-year colleges. There were 1800 award entries this year and 150 award winners.
