College ASPIRE

College ASPIRE

CollegeASPIRE summer workshops offer community youth the opportunity to choose from different faculty-led, hands-on workshops designed to provide participants with technology-based, engaging activities on a college campus! The purpose of CollegeASPIRE is to demonstrate to both students and their families that college is accessible in their community and possible regardless of their circumstances.

One student in each workshop who demonstrates a passion for learning, an eagerness to engage in the subject matter and enthusiasm for furthering his or her education will be selected as the Shooting Star and will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship to Central Ohio Technical College. In order to receive this institutional scholarship, students must enroll at least six credit hours per semester at COTC. Some institutional scholarships require full-time enrollment and are identified in the scholarship offer letter upon enrollment.

Free Transporation is available within 15 miles of workshops located at the Knox, Coshocton and Pataskala Campus. Participants using the transportation option will be contacted by a staff member of Petermann LLC the week prior to the beginning of workshops to make you aware of your pick-up and drop-off time.
