Academic Advising

During orientation, you will meet with academic advisors as they help you schedule your classes at COTC. Your advisors will be your ultimate resource to the success here at COTC. Gateway Advisors, with the help of other Gateway staff, staff members from other departments, and faculty college wide, play a critical role in the recruitment and development of our student population.

Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid is here to assist students and families through the financial aid process. In most cases, the student will be eligible for some type of federal financial aid regardless of income.  Our staff looks forward to assisting you in financing your education. We welcome your comments and suggestions and encourage you to contact us with any questions.

Student ID & Parking Pass

All students receive a free COTC ID and parking pass through the Office of Public Safety . Students will need to bring a photo ID in order to receive their ID. Student will be eligible for their ID and parking pass once they have registered for classes at COTC.
